Why a $99 service call fee?
The service call covers the technician's drive time, diagnostic tools, and on-site evaluation. We waive this $99 entirely when you proceed with the repair — meaning if you choose to fix the appliance with us, you pay only for the repair itself.
Are these prices firm or just estimates?
The prices shown are starting prices for the most common version of each repair. Final cost depends on the specific brand, model, and exact part required. You'll always receive a written quote before any work begins, and we never start without your approval.
Do you charge extra for evenings or weekends?
No. We operate 7 days a week from 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM at the same rates — no weekend surcharges, no after-hours fees during normal business hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), debit cards, cash, and Zelle. Payment is collected after the repair is complete and you confirm everything is working.
Do you offer discounts for seniors or military?
Yes — we offer a 10% discount on labor for seniors (65+) and active or retired military. Please mention when you book.
What if the repair costs more than a new appliance?
If the repair cost approaches the price of replacement, we'll tell you honestly during the diagnostic. You're never pressured to repair — we'd rather lose the sale than have an unhappy customer.
